I strongly recommend this class for Intermediate and advance practice. However EVERYONE is welcomed to a private session. It will be based on level and expertise. Be ready to work.

Cancellation Policy

All Sales are Final: Both classes and private sessions are non-refundable, and there are no exchange services available. Once you've purchased a session or class, you cannot get a refund or exchange it for another service. Cancellation Policies: Depending on the type of session or class, there are different cancellation timeframes: For regular sessions and classes, any cancellations within 72 hours may result in forfeiting the session Cancellations within 24 hours, will result in loss of class credit. In the case of a last-minute cancellation due to flu or COVID, if a doctor's note can be provided, we offer the option for the class credit to be returned for rebooking. Your health and well-being are our priority. For private sessions in NYC and NYC classes, cancellations within 168 hours (the same week) result in a lost session/class, and it is forfeited. Pop Up State Classes: Pop-up state classes, specifically "Stretch Vibes," are also final sale with no refunds, no chargebacks, and no exchange services available. Credit for Canceled Sessions/Classes: If the organizer or provider cancels a session or class, a credit will be added to the customer's account. This credit can be used for rescheduling or booking a class, private session, or virtual session(this credit can only be used to rebook the service that was cancelled and not in exchange for any other service). Sessions do not rollover and cannot be used after plan expires. In the event of a late arrival for a session, please note that you will only have the remaining time available to complete the service. Additional time will not be added. Please note that these policies are quite strict, and it's essential for customers to be aware of them before booking any sessions or classes to avoid any misunderstandings regarding cancellations and refunds. Please be advised that all packages may change without prior notice.
