This class is a collaboration with someone special to me. When I first started dancing she was my dance partner. 27yrs of friendship! We started teaching together and for the new year we get to bring best of both worlds to class @kiimichelle_ ! The class will introduce you a new way to enhance your overall performance and provide a deeper understanding of your muscles and how they are involved in different key stretches. Flexibility and Stretching in this class will provide you with a broad spectrum of practical knowledge and exercises in the field of stretching and flexibility so that you can apply them directly to your routine life.
