About the event

No experience needed. This "intensive" will introduce you a new way to enhance your overall performance and provide a deeper understanding of your muscles and how they are involved in different key stretches with yoga, dance or just because. If you never been to a class of mine be prepared to work! I focus more on form and technique and helping you build a routine for your practice. I Stress a good warm up so make sure you're on time!

Whether you practice yoga, Dance or just because this class will be for you. Oh, did I mention with a hint of dance. See you guys soon ✌🏾
