Service Description

This Virtual class will introduce you to basic stretches to incorporate with your training. It will be open level, but also a challenge! Focusing on hips, hamstrings, quads and back stretches! To help you build a routine and better understand technique training. You'll need a yoga block. Make sure you're ready to work! Class starts May 23rd 7:30pm EST MONDAY-FRIDAY Skips one week! and picks back up June 6-10 7:30pm MONDAY-FRIDAY
