No experience needed. This class will introduce you a new way to enhance your overall performance and provide a deeper understanding of your muscles and how they are involved in different key stretches. If you never been to a class of mine be prepared to work! I focus more on form and technique and helping you build a routine for your practice. I Stress a good warm up so make sure you're on time!
