No experience needed. This is a 2 Day workshop! We will be working ! I’m bringing friends. The workshop will introduce you a new way to enhance your overall performance and provide a deeper understanding of your muscles and how they are involved in different key stretches.
Flexibility and Stretching in this class will provide you with a broad spectrum of practical knowledge and exercises in the field of stretching and flexibility so that you can apply them directly to your routine life.
